We're Nichole & Steven.
Licensed NC Realtors with backgrounds in financial planning. We started Cozy Quarters because the Triangle deserved a boutique short-term rental brand — one that took guests and owners seriously, and felt like a real person was on the other side of the messages.
Today we manage stays across Durham, Chapel Hill, Raleigh, and Cary, partner with owners on everything from pricing to design, and consult on new launches. Every property is treated like it's the only one we have.
