Hi, we're Nichole & Steven.
We left corporate careers in financial planning to chase a quieter, more intentional life — and discovered we're happiest when we're hosting people. Cozy Quarters is the boutique we wished existed when we started: warm homes, real hospitality, and an actual person on the other side of every message.
Travel taught us what makes a stay feel cared for. A financial-planning background taught us how to make the numbers behind it work. Today we run boutique short, mid, and long-term rentals across the Triangle — and we'd love to host you (or your property).
